We're looking for a Product Support Engineer to assist clients with software usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations across Sitara IT solutions.
What You’ll Do
Provide technical support for Sitara IT products
Troubleshoot application, configuration, and usage issues
Assist clients during onboarding and implementation
Coordinate with development teams for issue resolution
Document support cases and solutions
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
