Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the preceding 12 months, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed contract.
7. Termination of Service
Sitara IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to software and services in the event of:
- Material breach of the Software License Agreement.
- Non-payment of licensing or AMC dues exceeding 30 days.
- Misuse of software affecting system integrity.

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business processes, client data, and system credentials.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal jurisdiction is strictly limited to the courts of Mysuru, Karnataka.
